Choose a focused topic
Résumé development, interview practice, professional communication, networking, digital job search, or responsible AI use.
Each Green Bay RISE workshop will focus on one skill and one realistic next step.
Job-search information is widely available. The harder part is turning it into confident action: explaining experience, revising a résumé, answering a difficult question, making a professional introduction, or choosing a realistic next step.
Green Bay RISE is being designed to create that practice space. Each workshop stands on its own, so participants can attend the topic they need without committing to a long sequence.

The model is intentionally simple enough to adapt to participant needs and local expertise.
Résumé development, interview practice, professional communication, networking, digital job search, or responsible AI use.
A facilitator, industry professional, or community-support expert brings practical context to the topic.
Participants work through realistic activities, ask questions, and receive constructive feedback.
A revised tool, clearer language, more confidence, a referral, or a defined action for the next opportunity.
Share a topic, professional perspective, or participant need that should inform early workshops.
