Libraries, nonprofits, schools, community centers, faith communities, employers, and other local organizations can help create a practical place for people to prepare, practice, and connect.
A venue can participate at a level that fits.
A useful venue is a welcoming, accessible community space where participants can gather, practice, and connect. A host can make space available for one workshop, occasional sessions, or a recurring schedule based on its capacity.
A community-space partnership has a clear division of work.
RISE can coordinate workshop content, registration, and participant experience while the host provides a familiar community setting. Offering space does not require an organization to operate the workshop or become a workforce agency.
