Partner roles

These roles can be combined or kept intentionally small. Expressing interest does not create a commitment.

Offer a welcoming, accessible room for a small-group session. A host may contribute space once, occasionally, or as scheduling allows.

Join a focused session, review workshop content, answer participant questions, or provide realistic feedback.

Useful for: recruiters, hiring managers, HR professionals, business leaders, and working professionals.

Help RISE understand participant needs, align with existing services, and make appropriate referrals in both directions.

Useful for: service organizations, educators, case managers, workforce teams, and community advocates.

Help reduce a practical barrier through materials, technology, transportation support, interpretation, accessibility, or outreach.

Useful for: sponsors, foundations, technology partners, transportation providers, and accessibility experts.

A clear scope

RISE will identify the topic, audience, timing, and requested role before a partner commits.

Preparation support

Facilitators and professional contributors will receive context and practical expectations.

Appropriate recognition

Confirmed partners may be acknowledged with their permission and according to their preference.

Honest boundaries

RISE will not present a partner as guaranteeing employment, placement, or participant outcomes.
